Drought-tolerant, Nutritious ALL-SEASON VEGETABLE
EVERBEARING CLIMBING SPINACH
Regular spinach is not easy to grow. It has to be started early, it takes up a lot of space, and produces its edible leaves only during cool conditions, then quickly goes to seed. This is not the case with our Everbearing Climbing Spinach. Simply plant it against any kind of support and watch it surge skywards to produce dark green, glossy, spinach leaves to eat as salad greens or cook as a side dish. The more you pick, the more the vine is stimulated to bearing more nutritious leaves month after month until fall frost. Just one plant will produce more healthy spinach that a 15 ft. row of regular spinach!
“The tender tips can be harvested and sautéed like tender asparagus.”
“When it’s raw this spinach has very fleshy, thick leaves that are juicy.”
“Most greens bolt, wilt, fail to germinate, and basically pout all summer long until cooler weather… So the real stars of summer salads and sautés are found elsewhere.”
Each set contains biodegradable pots, special soil kit and bonus seeds.
