Return Policy

Our return policy is setup to make it easy for our customers. The following conditions apply for returns and replacements.If plants are damaged during shipping, we will replace them at no cost to you. Ship the plants back to us and we begin processing replacements once we receive your shipment.

If your plants do not survive within 12 months of delivery we will replace them for 1/4 of the original purchase price plus shipping and handling.

If you receive an incorrect item such as color you may send it back to us at our expense for a free replacement within 6 months after arrival.
